Welcome to AKHY. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. General

AKHY sells Galaxy LED lights for personal, decorative use. We reserve the right to refuse service, update products, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately. However, screen displays may vary. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by AKHY. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected reselling.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. We accept payment methods listed at checkout. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated separately.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery timeframe: Up to 14 days from order confirmation.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • AKHY is not liable for courier delays, lost packages after delivery confirmation, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds (7 days)

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy (separate document).
In short:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective.

  • Refunds issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AKHY products or website for:

  • Any unlawful purpose

  • Violating any local, national, or international laws

  • Harassment, abuse, or fraud

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AKHY provides Galaxy LED lights “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, AKHY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the product

  • Shipping delays

  • Loss of data or enjoyment

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AKHY harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the product or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Pretoria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AKHY after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
