Returns & Refunds – AKHY

We want you to love your Galaxy LED light. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Galaxy LED light must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or neglect.

  • Items returned after 7 days.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
